I am an Economist at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
My research spans organizational economics, labor economics, and development economics, with a focus on private sector development, business formation, the role of management practices, and labor markets. In these projects, I'm interested in making contributions that are highly relevant to the private sector and policymakers.
Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. I hold a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Insper.
