Welcome to my personal website!
I am a Postdoctoral Associate at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. I will be on the job market in 2024/2025.
I am interested in labor economics and organizational economics, with projects aimed at understanding entrepreneurship and self-employment decisions, how managers are compensated, the effects of job loss on workers' trajectories, and how firms structure their internal labor markets, among other questions. My research also intersects questions in development economics.
I received my Ph.D. in Business Economics from Insper in January 2024.
You can reach me at fd237@cornell.edu and dalri.fabiano@gmail.com. You can also find me on X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn.
